Frank Jasinski Obituary

Frank P. Jasinski, 93 of Holiday City, Berkeley Township passed away peacefully at his home on March 13, 2024. Born on March 17, 1930 in Newark, NJ, he resided in Livingston, NJ before moving to Holiday City. Frank was a proud Veteran of the US Army serving in the 45th Infantry Division in Korea. Recipient of the Bronze Star, Korean Service Medal, Distinguished Service Medal, and Presidential Unit Citation, he was a Past Commander for the VFW 2856 in Livingston and Color Guard of VFW Post 10185 in Berkeley, and a retired volunteer for the Holiday City First Aid Squad. He was a member of the Local 342 UFCW, working for Best Provisions in Newark, NJ. Frank will be forever remembered for his playful humor and loving heart and will be greatly missed by his family. Predeceased by his wife Nancy and his daughter Patricia (Tony) Critelli, he is survived by his daughter Kathleen (Tim) Thall and his son Michael (Jamie) Jasinski, 7 grandchildren, Richard, Deena, Christopher, Katelyn, Daniel, Kristin, Alexandra, and 7 great grandchildren. Family and friends are invited to attend the viewing on Monday March 18, 2024 from 4-7pm at the Timothy E. Ryan Home for Funerals 145 St Catherine Blvd Toms River, NJ. The Funeral Mass will be offered on Tuesday 10am at St Maximilian Kolbe RC Church. Committal will be private. Donations may be made to the Holiday City First Aid Squad to continue Frank’s legacy of volunteering and honor his devotion to the community. Condolences may be sent to www.ryanfuneralhome.com
