Beverly J. (Skelton) Martucci

Beverly J. Martucci, 81, of Berkeley Township, passed from this life peacefully in her home surrounded by her family on Saturday, April 15, 2023. Beverly was born July 29, 1941 in Newark to the late Dewey and Irene Skelton. She was a loving wife, devoted mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She worked at Oxford Superconducting for many years before retiring to Toms River. She loved spending time at the beach enjoying the sun. She also enjoyed traveling with her husband all over the world with yearly trips to Florida. Beverly loved taking care of her family, cooking and baking during family gatherings. Two of her specialties were “Bev’s Beans” and pistachio cake.

Beverly is survived by her husband of over 61 years, Dominick Martucci; daughters, Donna Lodato and her partner, Frank D’Arcio of Iselin; Christine Mancine and her husband Richard of Iselin; son, Michael Martucci and his partner, Kelly McQueeny of Avenel. Beverly had 5 grandchildren, Steven Lodato and his wife Teresa, Brittany Cialkowski and her husband, Michael, Nicolette, Victoria and Richard. Beverly had two great grandchildren, Luka and Layla. Sister in laws, Elaine Skelton of Jackson; Barbara Weiss of Parsippany and Mary Lauda of Columbus and numerous nieces and nephews and their families. Beverly will be deeply missed by her friend of almost 70 years, Gerry Manning of Virginia.

Beverly is predeceased by her brother, James Skelton. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

The family will receive friends and relatives on Thursday, April 20, 2023 from 4 pm to 8 pm at Timothy E. Ryan Home for Funerals, 145 St. Catherine Blvd., Toms River. A Funeral Service will be held at the funeral home on Friday, April 21, 2023 at 10 am with entombment to follow at Woodbridge Memorial Gardens.
