Deborah Jane Schoales

Deborah Jane Schoale, 65 of Bayville, passed from this life peacefully July 31, 2021.  Debbie was born February 27, 1956 in Manhattan, New York.

Debbie was a Registered Nurse and most recently in her career as a Nurse Manager for Rahway Hospital.She retired with over 40 years of service in nursing. Debbie’s idea of the perfect retirement was sunbathing in the pool with her fiancé, Rich and her dog Brody.Nothing pleased Debbie more than being known as AUNT DEB by her 6 nephews, grandnephews and grandnieces.Her true joy was apparent when she showed their pictures or told stories of their accomplishments.Debbie was the kind of friend that you could count on through good times and bad, she would comfort you with words or more importantly with her actions. To know Debbie was to love Debbie.

Debbie will be greeted at a heavenly celebration by her parents, Charles Schoales and Lorraine Schultz Schoales and her sister, Janice Lopez.

Deborah is survived by her fiancé, Richard Maldanis of Bayville; sister, Leslie Molchan and her husband Wayne of Beach Haven; brother Charles Thielmann and his wife Shelly of Piscataway; aunt, Carol Schultz of Forked River; brother in law Gilbert Lopez of Cortland Manor NY; nephews, Ryan and Jamie  Molchan; Douglas and Emily Molchan; Gilbert and Tina Lopez; Charlie and Lauren Lopez; Andrew and Laura Lopez; Charles Thielmann and a host of grand nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Gathering will be held Thursday, August 5, 2021 from 5pm to 7pm, with a service to begin at 6pm at Timothy E. Ryan Home for Funerals, 706 Atlantic City Blvd. Bayville, N.J.
