Dennis W. Halasz

Dennis W Halasz of New Egypt, NJ passed away on November 12, 2024 after a short but courageous battle with Leukemia. Born in South Amboy, NJ on D-Day, June 6th 1944, he was a Life Member of the International Union of Bricklayers and Allied Craftworkers. He spent most of his career working for D & D Associates of Jackson, NJ. Dennis met his soulmate in Manalapan Township in 1978, and 10 years later they were married. They welcomed their daughter Kathleen three years later. Dennis took great pride in building a beautiful home for his family, where he enjoyed maintaining his garden and he was an excellent cook. During the summers he enjoyed taking friends and family out on his boat, hosting bar-b-ques by the pool, and going shooting at the farm. Dennis is predeceased by Alexander Halasz (father), Stacia (Duliba) Halasz (mother) and daughter Diana Halasz-Chiaro. Dennis is survived by his best friend and wife of 36 years, Janet Halasz (Walther) and their daughter Kathleen Halasz. He is also survived by his son David Halasz, daughter Deborah Finaldi and Granddaughter Madison Chiaro.
