Douglas Howard, 75 of the Holiday City Carefree section of Berkeley Twsp. died on Sunday, May 24, 2020. Born in Arkansas, he lived in Eatontown and Lakewood, NJ before moving to Holiday City 7 years ago. Doug proudly served in the US Army during Vietnam and later worked as a Police Officer for the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. Surviving is his loving wife Carmella (Tomasello). Sons Christopher & Mark Howard and Joseph Lembo. Daughters Tracy Howard and Nicole Holt. Brothers, Ted Smith, Perry, Charles & Wallace Chambers. Sister Mary Lloyd and Grandchildren Randel & Cameron Holt and Joseph & Lauren Lembo. Burial will be private at the New Jersey Veterans Cemetery, Arneytown, NJ.
