Edward K. Cunningham, 73, of Brown Mills, NJ, passed away Sunday, August 31, 2025.
Born in Lakewood, NJ, he lived in Toms River, NJ then Manchester, NJ before moving to Browns Mills a year ago.
Edward was a Machine Operator for Anchor Concrete, Brick, NJ for 38 years, retiring in 2010. He was a member of the Laborers Local 172, Bordentown, NJ.
He was predeceased by his parents Frank and Elsie Cunningham and his siblings Frank, William, Dorothy and Jacqueline and his first wife Christine Lester Cunningham.
Edward is survived by his wife Dorothy (Dody), James Lester of Toms River, John Lester of Pennsylvania, Ralph Lester of Virginia, Tammi Santori of Brick, Mary O’Brien of Browns Mills, NJ and, a sister Marita (Rita) and her husband Nelson Thomas of New York, a brother and sister in law Charles and Alice Massey of Beachwood, many grandchildren including Luis “T.J” Santori, Ryan Santori and his wife Julie, Dylan Santori and Daniel and many nieces, nephews and great grandchildren.
The family will receive relatives and friends on Saturday, September 6, 2025 1:00pm – 4:00pm at the Timothy E. Ryan Home for Funerals, 145 St. Catherine Blvd., Toms River.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
