Francis J. Smith

Francis “Frank” J. Smith, 89, of Leisure Village, Lakewood, NJ, passed away Saturday, January 24, 2026. Frank was a lifelong resident of Toms River, NJ before moving to Leisure Village.
He was owner of Smith Portable Welding Service in Toms River for over 40 years. Frank was a United State Marine Corps Korean War veteran.
He was predeceased by his wife Anne J. (nee Prato). Frank is survived by his loving family, his daughter Allison Tucci and her husband Scott, his son Frank Jr. and his wife Liz, three grandchildren Thomas, Jacob and Morgan and 3 great grandchildren Alayna, Nathan and Addison.

A memorial gathering will be offered Saturday, February 7, 2026 1:00pm – 3:00pm at the Timothy E. Ryan Home for Funerals, 145 St. Catherine Blvd., Toms River.
