Frank J. Murphy, 64, of Toms River, NJ, passed away Thursday, December 5, 2024. Born in Elizabeth, NJ, he lived in Brick, NJ before moving to Toms River 8 years ago. Frank was a Warehouse Manager for several companies throughout the years, retiring from Macy’s in Secaucus, NJ. He recently worked part time at Home Depot in Toms River. He was predeceased by his wife Joanne in 2021 and his parents Joseph and Christine Murphy. Frank is survived by his two daughters Stacy Long and her husband Allen of Little Egg Harbor, NJ, Danielle Piatnochka and her husband Gerald of Manchester, NJ, a sister Cathy Sidwell of Bayville, NJ and his beloved four grandchildren A.J., Gavin, Savannah and Layla. Frank loved nothing more than spending time together with his family and making his grandchildren laugh. Whether beside a scenic landscape or next to a Harley Davidson, he always was the very best company. His meticulous tendencies were a favorite subject of teasing, as there wasn't one item in his presence without a very specific and organized place. One of his favorite places was cuddled up with his grandkids, watching Elf, hearing the giggles of those he loved most. His all time favorite place though was beside is wife, which is where he will find eternal peace now.
