Gale E. (Folger) Corrigan

Obituary

Gale E. Corrigan (nee Folger), 72, of Toms River, NJ, passed away Thursday, June 9, 2022.

Born in Bayonne, NJ, she was a longtime resident of Bayonne and resided in Brick, NJ for fourteen years before moving to Toms River seven years ago.

Gale was a graduate of Bayonne High School.   She was employed with the State Of New Jersey, Probation Child Support Unit. 

Gale was very active with the Bayonne Little League women's club and coached girls softball teams.

She was predeceased by her parents Edward (Buddy), Irene (Kasper) Folger , her brother Neil and her niece Christina.

Gale is survived by her husband of 49 years Adrian Corrigan, (BPD)   two children Kelly Miller  her husband Dennis of Rutherford, NJ, Scott Corrigan his wife Fraimar of Bayonne, NJ, and six grandchildren Amber Lynn, Blair, Casey, Kiera, Brooke and Chloe. She is also survived by her five sisters and two brothers. and her best friend of 60 years Mary Doris. 

Services are private and under the direction of the Timothy E. Ryan Home for Funerals, 145 St. Catherine Blvd., Toms River, NJ.
