Georgianna Gnoza

Georgianna Gnoza, 80, of Berkeley Township, formerly of Iselin, passed from this life peacefully at her home surrounded by family. Georgianna was born February 24,1944 to the late Constantine and Georgianna Notte of Newark. She grew up in the Ironbound section of Newark, attending East Side High School. She was a loving wife, devoted mother and grandmother. She enjoyed spending time with family, especially her grandchildren, and friends. Particularly, her favorite days would involve sailing away on a cruise ship or a trip down to AC.

Georgianna is predeceased by her parents, Constantine Notte; Georgianna Gartland; husband, Andrew Gnoza and her brother, John Notte.

Georgianna is survived by her daughters, Karen Giannattasio and her husband Jack; Joanne Coleman and her husband Marc and grandchildren, Raeann and her husband Matt; and Nicholas.

The family will receive friends and relatives on Thursday, October 10, 2024, from 9am to 10:30am at Timothy E. Ryan Home for Funerals, 145 St. Catherine Blvd., Toms River. Funeral service will directly follow at the funeral home at 10:30 am with burial to follow at St. Gertrude Cemetery, Colonia.
