Gilda "Jill" A. (Masullo) Vacca

Gilda “Jill” Vacca (nee Masullo) age 93, of Holiday City South, Berkeley Twp., NJ passed away Friday, July 26, 2024 at home surrounded by her beloved family.

Born in Newark, NJ, she lived in Hazlet, NJ before moving to Berkeley Twp. in 1986.

Jill was a parishioner of St. Maximilian Kolbe RC Church, Berkeley Twp.

She was predeceased by her husband Michael Vacca in 2012, three brothers Tony,  Joseph and Alfonse Masullo and three sisters Louise Muller, Rose DeCore and Lucille Masullo.

Jill is survived by her daughter Donna Michele Crilley of Manchester, NJ, her son Michael Vacca and his wife Shana of Middletown, NJ, a sister Anna Catania of Toms River, NJ, three grandchildren Michele Testa and her husband Michael, Sara Vacca and Natalie Vacca and a great grandchild Alyssa.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered Wednesday, July 31, 2024 12:00 Noon at St. Maximilian Kolbe RC Church, Berkeley Twp., NJ.  Burial to follow at the New Jersey Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Wrightstown, NJ.  Timothy E. Ryan Home for Funerals, 145 St. Catherine Blvd., Toms River is in charge of the arrangements.

In lieu of flowers donations in memory of Jill may be made to Holisticare Hospice or the Alzheimer’s Association.
