Giulia (Romagno) Forgione

Giulia Forgione, 76 of Toms River, passed from this life peacefully surrounded by her family at home on Saturday, April 16, 2022.  Giulia was born on August 1, 1945 in Rutigliano, Italy to the late Giuseppe and Maria Romagno.  She was a loving wife, devoted mother and grandmother.  She loved cooking and caring for her family above all else.  She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. 

Giulia is predeceased by her parents, Giuseppe Romagno; Maria Romagno; husband, Anthony Forgione; and brother, Pietro Romagno.

Giulia is survived by her sons, Carlo Forgione and his wife Rosa of Toms River; Giuseppe Forgione and his wife Carrie of Toms River; daughter, Giovanna DiMartino and her husband Dominic of Woodland Park; brother, Vito Romagno and his wife Anna; Domenico Romagno and his wife Lucia of Italy; grandchildren Alessia Donnelly and her husband Jimmy, Giuliana Forgione, Joseph DiMartino, Julia DiMartino, Gabriella Forgione, and Kristen Forgione.

The family will receive friends and relatives on Wednesday, April 20, 2022 from 4pm to 8pm at Timothy E. Ryan Home for Funerals, 145 St. Catherine Blvd., Toms River, New Jersey.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10am, Thursday, April 21, 2022 at St. Maximilian Kolbe RC, Berkeley Township with entombment to follow at Ocean County Memorial Park, Toms River.
