Grace Theresa (Winne) Bobowsky

Grace Theresa Bobowsky passed away on February 22nd, 2025 at the age of 88.

Grace was born on November 14, 1936 in Elizabeth, NJ. Grace met her husband, Chester in 1951 at the age of 15. They married in 1957 and spent 67 beautiful years together.

Grace devoted her life to her big, beautiful family who will always cherish their beautiful memories and traditions made together. She lived in Normandy Shores where she enjoyed going to the beach and being surrounded by her loved ones. When not at the beach you could find Grace shopping, watching her game shows doing word searches or scrolling through her Facebook, Instagram and Snapchat. Everyone who knew Grace was touched by her kindness and generosity. She will have an everlasting impact on all those who knew her.

She is survived by her husband, Chester, her children, Ted (Kristine) Bobowsky, Bob (Sharon) Bobowsky and Donna (Robert)Torrisi, her grandchildren, Teddy Jr (Jennifer), Michelle (Matt), Jenna (Nico), Bobby Jr, Robert and Brianna, her great grandchildren, Lilah, Kenzie and Peyton and her brother, Kenneth (Eileen) Winne.

She will be truly missed. She leaves a legacy of love and family and will continue to guide them as they honor her memory.

Family and friends are invited to attend the viewing on Thursday, February 27th from 4:00pm -7:00pm at the Timothy E Ryan Home for Funerals, 706 Grand Central Ave., Lavallette, NJ. We will meet at the Parish of St. Pio Church in Lavallette at 10:00am on Friday, February 28th, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be offered. Entombment will follow at St. Anne Cemetery, 1610 Allenwood Road, Wall NJ.
