Harold Joseph Munn, a member of the Holiday City community in Berkeley Twp., NJ, passed away peacefully on May 31, 2025, at the age of 69. Born on March 19, 1956, in Jersey City, Harold was a man whose presence radiated warmth and kindness, deeply touching the lives of those around him His life was a testament to his beliefs, reflected in the care and devotion he showed to his family and friends. As a loving son, Harold was a steadfast support to his mother, especially during her illness, embodying the very essence of compassion and filial love,

A devoted uncle, Harold cherished every moment spent with his numerous nieces and nephews, who were a constant source of joy and pride in his life. His role as a brother was marked by an unwavering willingness to assist and support his siblings, always ready to lend a helping hand or a listening ear.

Harold's love for baking was well-known among those who had the pleasure of tasting his delightful cakes and cupcakes. He often shared these homemade treats with family, friends, and neighbors, spreading happiness and fostering a sense of community. His generosity extended beyond his culinary skills, as he was known for being generous with whatever he had, always eager to share his blessings with others.

Christmas was a particularly special time for Harold, as he took great joy in decorating and proudly displaying ornaments from his mother's tree. This tradition was a reflection of his appreciation for family heritage and the joy of creating lasting memories.

Harold's friends will fondly remember him for his love of playing cards, where his loyal and generous nature shone through. He had a remarkable ability to make those around him feel valued and loved, traits that endeared him to all who knew him.

Harold is preceded in death by his parents Harold H. Munn and Clare (Malcolm) Munn. He is survived by his siblings and their spouses: Catherine and James Mullins, Clare and James Beaver, Maureen and Robert Kulick, Edward and Veronica Munn, Patricia and Richard Kroeper, and Margaret and Robert Beattie as well as his many nieces and nephews. Each of them will carry forward the legacy of love and kindness that Harold embodied throughout his life.

A funeral service to honor Harold's life will be held at the chapel at St. Barnabas Church, located at 33 Woodland Road, Bayville, NJ, on Tuesday, June 10, 2025, at 11 AM. Family and friends are invited to gather and celebrate the life of a man who enriched the lives of those around him with his care and generosity.

Harold Joseph Munn will be dearly missed, yet his memory will live on in the hearts of all who were fortunate to know him. His life was a beautiful example of love and devotion, leaving an indelible mark on the world. We will remember him as always saying, "Thank you!" in appreciation for the slightest kindness. So, to honor his memory, Be Kind.
