James "Jamie" Knoeringer

James “Jamie” Knoeringer, 64 of Toms River, NJ died on Monday, August 19, 2024 at the Complete Care at the Arbors Nursing Home.  He was born in Toms River, NJ and was a lifelong resident of Ortley Beach, NJ until 2010 when Super Storm Sandy hit.  Jamie was a member of the Loyal Order of the Moose Lodge #399 in Ortley Beach, NJ.  He loved his family and friends, the ocean where he fished, status was never a factor to him and he wasn’t concerned with keeping up with the times.  His soul is a gentle one that wanted to help others and make them laugh.  He will be dearly missed. 

Jamie was predeceased by his parents Joseph T. and Catherine Knoeringer and brother Thomas “Bates” Knoeringer.  Surviving are his siblings Patricia Ramundo and her husband Gino, Toms River, NJ; John “Jay” Knoernger and his wife Patricia of Beachwood, NJ, Joanne Davis and her husband Edward of Beachwood, NJ, and many nieces and nephews.  

Family will receive friends on Saturday August 24, 2024 from 1:00pm - 3:00pm at Timothy E. Ryan Funeral Home, 145 St. Catherine Blvd, Toms River, NJ 08755.
