Jeannette Blanche Quinlivan

Jeannette “Jean” Quinlivan (nee Fontaine), 101, of Toms River, NJ, passed away Monday, January, 20, 2025. Born in Huntsville, Minnesota, she lived in California and Roselle, NJ before moving to Toms River 64 years ago.

Jean was a clerk for Two Guys in Brick, NJ and made many life-long friends during her time there. Jean also volunteered alongside her daughter Linda for the Shrine Angels of the Eastern Shore, Maryland. 

She was predeceased by her husband John Quinlivan in 2000, her daughter Linda Kimes in 2017,  and her seven brothers and three sisters.

Jean is survived by her three children Dennis Quinlivan (Dottie) of Lancaster, PA, Kathleen Quinlivan (Debbie Cerrato) of Valrico, FL and Lisa Quinlivan of Toms River, twelve grandchildren and many great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.

The family will receive relatives and friends on Sunday, January 26, 2025 2:00pm – 6:00pm at the Timothy E. Ryan Home for Funerals, 995 Fischer Blvd., Toms River.  A funeral service will be offered Monday, January 27, 2025 11:00am at the funeral home. Burial to follow at St. Joseph Cemetery, Toms River.
