Joan M. Gallagher

Joan M. Gallagher (Hemerick), 81 of the Silver Ridge Park Westerly section of Berkeley Twsp. died on Thursday June 3, 2021. Born in Passaic, NJ she lived in Bloomfield, NJ before moving to Silver Ridge in 1988. She was a Banker with Wells Fargo for over 35 years. She then worked for Manchester Manor as a Receptionist.  Joan was an active parishioner and volunteer at St Maximilian Kolbe RC Church in Berkeley Twsp. Joan is survived by her loving son Peter of Old Bridge, NJ, her brother John Hemerick of Parlin, NJ and three grandchildren; Eric, Sadie and Maxine. Family and friends are invited to attend the viewing on Tuesday June 8, 2021 from 2- 6pm at the Timothy E. Ryan Home for Funerals 145 St Catherine Blvd Toms River, NJ. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday 10am at St Maximilian Kolbe RC Church in Berkeley Twsp. Entombment will follow at Ocean County Memorial Park, Toms River, NJ.
