John W. Charon

John W. Charon 72, of the Silver Ridge North section of Berkeley Township died on Friday December 27, 2024.

Born in Audubon, NJ he lived in Gloucester City, NJ and Toms River before moving to Silver Ridge North.

John was a Construction Estimator working for many Companies including his own, Charon Estimating in Toms River.

He was a parishioner of St Luke’s RC Church in Toms River and was a member of their Pre Cana Program. He was also a Past President of the Silver Ridge Park Men’s Club.

Predeceased by his parents Harry and Frances as well as his brothers; Harry Jr and Lawrence and his sister Frances.

He is survived by his loving wife of 52 years Donna nee Rooney and two sisters Marietta Lopez and Carol and may nieces and nephews. 

There will be a Memorial Gathering on Thursday January 23, 2025 from 1 to 2pm with a funeral service at 2:00pm at the Timothy E. Ryan Home for Funerals 145 St Catherine Blvd, Toms River, NJ.
