Kenneth Campbell Obituary

Kenneth A. Campbell, 88, of Jackson, NJ passed away on Wednesday, October 14, 2020.

Born in Manhattan, NY, he lived in Old Bridge, NJ before moving to Lakewood and Jackson areas 16 years ago.

He proudly served his country in the United States Army from 1948 to 1952. He served as a Corporal in Korea during the Korean War, then stateside as a guard to President Truman. Ken then established a career as a Supervisor for United Air Lines in the Tri-State area.

Kenneth was a parishioner of St Mary of the Lake RC Church in Lakewood, NJ.

He is preceded in death by his beloved son Kenneth, his parents Alvoid and Frances (Gilmore), his brother Robert, and two sisters; Cecilia Malone and Patricia Vitale.

Kenneth is survived by his loving wife of 66 years Marie (Barbaro), his daughter Nancy Tempel of Medford, NJ, his son William and his wife Lori of Jackson, NJ, a sister Judith Oberheim, four grandchildren; Joseph Tempel, Christine Beebe, Lauren Campbell, and Matthew Campbell, as well as two great grandchildren; Kaley Beebe and Tripp Beebe.

The family will receive relatives and friends on Tuesday from 10am to 12pm at the Timothy E. Ryan Home for Funerals DeBow Chapel, 150 West Veterans Hwy, Jackson, NJ. A Funeral Service will be offered at 12:00pm at the funeral home. Interment will follow to the BG William C Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Wrightstown, NJ.
