Leonora Carroll

Leonora Carroll (Russell), 85 of Toms River, NJ died on Saturday December 28, 2024. Born in Jersey City, NJ, the daughter of Irish immigrants Daniel and Catherine Russell, she lived there and graduated as a Registered Nurse from St. Francis School of Nursing and worked as an RN for over 4 decades. After marriage, she and her family lived in Hoboken before moving to Toms River where she raised her children. Leonora was a parishioner of St Justin’s RC Church in Toms River.  Surviving is her loving husband of over 6 decades John and their 7 children: John , Michael, Kevin, Brian, Keith, Catherine MacVoy and Christine Narozniak and 13 grandchildren.  A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday January 6, 2025 11am at St. Justin's RC Church, Toms River, NJ.The Timothy E.
