Louise (De Bacco) Simone

Louise Simone (DeBacco) 76, of Holiday City Berkeley Township passed away on Friday June 28, 2024 at Jersey Shore Medical Center, Neptune Township, NJ.  She was born in Newark, NJ, and grew up in Belleville before moving to Toms River then retiring in Holiday City Berkeley Township.

Louise was a Bookkeeper with the Lakehurst Board of Education for 26 years.

She also was a volunteer with the Peoples Pantry in Toms River, NJ. She loved going to AC, rooting for the New York Mets, playing BINGO, and entertaining her family and friends.

She was predeceased by her parents, Secondo and Antoinette DeBacco, her brother, Ronald DeBacco, and son, James.

She is survived by her loving husband of 57 years, James Simone Jr., her daughters; Annette Simone and Jaime Messenger, son-in-law, John Messenger, her sisters; Linda Guarino and Lucy Lanno, her granddaughter, Darcy Elise Messenger and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A Memorial Mass will be held on Friday July 5, 2024 10am at St. Maximilian Kolbe RC Church, Berkeley Township, NJ. The arrangements are under the direction of The Timothy E. Ryan Home for Fuenrals. 145 St. Catherine Blvd. Toms River, NJ. Condolences may be sent by visiting www.ryanfuneralhome.com.
