Marie E. Truppi

Marie E Truppi passed peacefully in her sleep on September 26, 2021, at the age of 86.

Marie will be remembered as a beloved Mom, Grandmother, Great Grandmother, Aunt and great Aunt.

Marie was born in Hackensack NJ in 1935. She was raised in Little Ferry, NJ. Marie was the youngest daughter of the late Henry and Rose (Helbig) Kleber.

Marie was a resident of Holiday City Berkeley for over 20 years. Prior to that she resided in Northvale, NJ where she and her former husband George raised their two children in a sunny ranch home that was her pride and joy. A talented seamstress, Marie made beautiful clothes and teddy bears for the family. She also enjoyed working in various crafts and hobbies in both areas.

Marie worked several part time positions while raising the children. Later she and George owned and operated a specialty dress making business for several years. Marie then was employed for many years in the electronics field at Timeplex, Inc.

Marie is survived by her son George Truppi and her daughter Rachel Fuller and her husband Robert Fuller. Marie is also survived by her Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren: George Truppi, his wife Mary Ellen and their daughter Eleanor; Katherine Truppi and her fiancée Robert James; Robert Fuller, his wife Jaime, and their children Emma, Trey and Renee Fuller.  Marie was preceded in death by her daughter-in-law Patricia Truppi. Marie was also preceded in death by her siblings: Rose Peterson, Otilda (Tilly) Shine, Eva Kleber, Marilyn Hart, Henrietta (Honey) Redmond and Henry (Sonny) Kleber Jr. She leaves behind many nieces and nephews.

A private ceremony will be held on October 16 at the Ocean County Memorial Park in Toms River, NJ.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to St. Jude’s Children Hospital.
