Mary (Rinaldi) Russo

Maria “Mary” Russo (nee Rinaldi), 101 of Holiday City South section of Berkeley Township passed away on Saturday January 25, 2025.

Born in Belleville, NJ, she lived in Irvington, Maplewood, NJ before moving to Holiday City South 39 years ago.

Mary served as an Administrative Assistant at University Hospital in Newark, NJ. Director of Senior Citizens of Union County. Mary was a graduate of Kean University with a Masters Degree in behavioral Sciences and Adjunct Professorships at both Kean and Passaic Community College.

Mary enjoyed entertaining senior citizens playing piano with her band “Holiday Jazz Band”

She was predeceased by her husband Daniel Russo in 2010 , her daughter Annette Russo in 2010 and also her four brothers and two sisters.

Mary is survived by her two children; Daniel Russo Jr (Rita) of Forked River, NJ, Paul Russo of Lake Hopatcong, NJ, two grandchildren; Jon Paul and Daniel Christian one great grandson Christian

A Funeral Mass will be held on Friday January 31, 2025 10am at St. Maximilian Kolbe RC Church, Berkeley Township, NJ. Burial will follow to Hollywood Memorial Park, Union, NJ. Condolences may be sent by visiting www.ryanfuneralhome.com
