Michael H. McCabe

Michael H. McCabe, 73 of Waretown, NJ passed away on Tuesday, November 26, 2024 at home. He was born and raised in Bayonne, NJ, moving to Waretown in 2009. Michael served in the Army Reserve and he was an avid fisherman.  He was a member of Pipefitters Local Union 274 for over 50 years, served as President of the Local, and was President of Hudson County Building Trades. He later became Business Agent of Local Union 274.  Preceded in death by his son Michael Jr. and survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Ellen (nee Angermeyer), his daughter Jill Christensen and her husband Russell, his daughter Cindy McCabe, his brother William McCabe, his sister Patricia Rizzo, and six grandchildren Haylee, Jake, Shaelin, Emma, Russell, and Charlie Marie.
