NANCY De LORENZO—73
WIFE, MOTHER, GRANDMOTHER AND LOVING FRIEND
Nancy De Lorenzo, 73, of Toms River, NJ. and Peachtree City, GA. , passed away on June 6th, 2022. Nancy was an avid member of the ASPCA and loved ceramics and card nights with the girls. She was born on March 10th, 1949 to Dorothy and Philip Tribel of Haledon, N.J. She was wed to Andre De Lorenzo on October 19th, 1968 and began a lifelong career as an Executive Secretary. In 1978, she along with her husband Andre, and two children David and Danielle moved to Peachtree City, GA, where they welcomed their third child Craig. Nancy enjoyed an active lifestyle alongside her husband and was very involved in youth sports, community theater, and of course her passion for ceramics, in which she opened her own studio introducing the art to many of her neighbors and community members. After the passing of her husband of 42 years she returned to her home state of New Jersey, where she enjoyed ceramics, card nights, and many friends.
She is survived by her children David De Lorenzo 52, Danielle Sublette 50, Craig De Lorenzo 37, daughter- in- law Shari De Lorenzo, in laws Judith Scott and husband Pat Scott and Lois De Lorenzo. Great Niece Janis Mann, and Jayla Chandler, along with nieces and nephews Lisa De Lorenzo, Steven De Lorenzo, Dominique De Lorenzo and Nicholas De Lorenzo.
Grand children Devin De Lorenzo, his wife Brittany De Lorenzo, Caden De Lorenzo, Cassandra Marini and her husband Josh Marini, Brittany Forte, Courtney Forte and U.S. Navy officer Joshua Forte.
She is the great grandmother to Parker and Ryker De Lorenzo.
Nancy was a loving mother and grandmother and a great friend to everyone she met, she will be missed.
The family will receive relatives and friends for a Memorial Gathering on Friday, June 10, 2022 from 2 to 4pm at the Timothy E. Ryan Home for Funerals, 145 St. Catherine Blvd., Toms River, NJ.
