Patrick Pica

Patrick Pica, 72 of Jackson, passed from this life peacefully on Sunday, April 13, 2025.  Patrick was born February 27, 1953 in Jersey City to the late Peter and Rachael Pica.  He was a loving husband, devoted father and grandfather. Anyone that knew him would say how he had such a  big heart, and he  touched the lives of everyone who knew him. He was a Truck Driver since the age of 17 and ran a successful trucking company. He was happiest behind the wheel of his truck or spending time with the ones he loved most specially his four grandsons. He worked tirelessly to provide for his family, always putting their needs before his own. He was handy and could fix anything.  His joy in life was his family and in later years, being a grandfather was so important to him.  He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Patrick is predeceased by his parents, Peter Pica; Rachel Buonavolonta Pica; brothers, Michael Pica; Peter Pica; James Pica; sisters, Amelia Clauges and Mary Ann Grabert.

Patrick is survived by his wife and best friend of over 47 years, Sandra Panasov Pica; daughters, Marie Miceli and her husband Michael; Amy Olsen and her husband Danny; brothers, Tony Pica; sister, Jeannie White; grandchildren, Antonio Miceli; Michael Miceli; Danny Olsen; and Frankie Olsen.

The family will receive friends and relatives on Saturday, April 19, 2025 from 2pm to 5pm at Timothy E. Ryan Home for Funerals DeBow Chapel, 150 W. Veterans Hwy., Jackson.  All Committal Services will be held privately.
