Paul A. Starnes

Paul A. Starnes, 66, of Toms River, NJ, passed away Sunday, April 19, 2026.

Born in NY, he lived in Bayonne, NJ, before moving to Toms River 28 years ago.

Paul was a Service Writer for BMW in Eatontown, NJ for many years.

He was a Licensed Captain, avid Fisherman and member of Fish Hawks of NJ and Silverton Fishing Club. 

Paul was also a diehard NY Giants fan and was a member of the Giants Tail Gate Club.

He was predeceased by his parents Paul and Rosaline Starnes.

Paul is survived by his wife Kelly (nee McGeary), a son Paul A. Starnes, Jr. of Keansburg, NJ, a brother John Starnes, a sister Patricia Starnes, his mother in law Josephine Freda and several nieces and nephews.

A memorial gathering will be held on Saturday, April 25, 2026 1:00pm – 3:00pm at the Timothy E. Ryan Home for Funerals, 145 St. Catherine Blvd., Toms River.
