Ronald Nicosia Obituary

Ronald S. Nicosia, 86, of Holiday City South, Berkeley Twp., NJ, passed away Wednesday, April 21, 2021.

Born in Paterson, NJ, he lived in Elmwood Park, NJ, before moving to Berkeley Twp. 16 years ago.

Ronald was a graduate of Seton Hall University and served in the United States Army Reserves for seven years.

He was an Insurance Agent for HDK Inc. in Paterson, NJ for 35 years, retiring 15 years ago.

Ronald was a former parishioner of St. Leo RC Church, Elmwood Park, NJ and was a member of the Elmwood Park Italian Social Club.

He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Joan (nee Keresty) Nicosia, his three daughters Rhonda DiBianca and her husband Ronald of Elmwood Park, NJ, Rae Nicosia of Westfield, NJ and Jennifer Donato and her husband Michael of Belford, NJ, a brother Raymond Nicosia and his wife Barbara of Barnegat, NJ, and six grandchildren Nicole, James, Danielle, Nicholas, Jade and Sophia.

The family will receive relatives and friends on Monday 2:00pm – 6:00pm with a funeral service to be offered at 5:00pm at the Timothy E. Ryan Home for Funerals, 145 St. Catherine Blvd., Toms River.
