Roseanne Menzione Obituary

Roseanne Menzione (nee Zambolla), 93 of Manchester, formerly of Scotch Plains, passed from this life peacefully on Saturday, February 20, 2021.  Roseanne was born July 18, 1927 in Newark, New Jersey. She was a wonderful mother, mother in law, amazing nanny, devoted wife, faithful daughter, remarkable sister, loyal friend, and a generous and loving human being.  She loved her family unconditionally and was always supportive and positive.  She had an infectious personality, turning strangers into friends and friends to family. She truly loved life and filling her time not only with her family and friends but also enjoyed cooking, baking, mahjong, canasta, reading and trips in Atlantic City. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Roseanne is predeceased by her parents, Vincent Zambolla and Camilla (nee D’Erasmo), her husband John Menzione, her sister Mary Sollitto and her brother Salvatore Zambolla .

Roseanne is survived by her daughter Virginia Mammolite and her husband Anthony of Toms River, her son Vincent Menzione and his wife Jacqueline of Jupiter, Florida and her  grandchildren; Camille Rose and Kate Congilose, John Menzione and Alexandra Menzione.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be 11am, Thursday, February 25, 2021 at St. Justin of the Martyr Roman Catholic Church, Toms River. The Timothy E. Ryan Home for Funerals 995 Fischer Blvd. Toms River, NJ is in charge of the arrangements.
