Rosemary (D'Onofrio) Cella

Rosemary (D’Onofrio) Cella, 94 of Seaside Park, NJ passed away on Saturday September 20, 2025 at home. She was born and raised in Orange, NJ moving to Seaside Park many years ago.

Rosemary was a hairdresser with Xavier Beauty Salon in East Orange, NJ and later was the president and owner of Baroness Apartments in Seaside Park, NJ. She was the head of the Seaside Park PTA and the past president, a member of the Republican Club and past president of the Tri Boro First Aid Squad.

Rosemary is preceded in death by her husband Joseph L. Cella, Sr. and her son Anthony Cella. Surviving are her sons; Joseph “Jody” L. Cella, Jr. of Seaside Park, NJ and Lawrence Cella of Jackson, NJ and his wife Sherry, 3 grandchildren Joseph, Larry, and Rosemary and 5 great-children.

Family will receive friends on Monday September 29, 2025 at Timothy E. Ryan Home for Funerals 809 NW Central Ave. Seaside Park, NJ 08752 from 3pm to 6pm . A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday September 30, 2025 10am at St. Catherine of Siena RC Church, Seaside Park, NJ. Entombment will follow to St. Joseph Cemetery, Toms River, NJ.
