Stacy Inamorato Obituary

Stacy Robyn Inamorato, 45, of Lavallette NJ, formerly of Parsippany, passed away on Tuesday February 16th 2021.  She received a BA from Arizona State University and a Master’s in Education, Multi-Lingual Specialist and a Certification in ESL from Fairleigh Dickinson University.  She furthered her education by studying abroad in Spain and lived in Costa Rica for a year to bolster her knowledge of the Spanish language and culture, where she also taught children from ages four to twelve and adults, all Spanish speaking and from low income families.

She taught in the Mount Olive High School, participating in a wonderful program called “Language Live,” which significantly improved the student’s literacy skills.

Stacy was a true teacher in spirit, mind and heart.

Quotes About Stacy from Parents, Teachers and Superiors

“Stacy has a real natural ability to teach, her children had a very strong connection to her.”

“Stacy became friendly with many of the parents outside of school, helping them learn English, accompanying them to doctor’s offices, and even hosting a baby shower in a local park.”

“One of her many strengths is meeting the needs of all students, she allowed the children to be themselves and constantly encouraged them in finding out the meanings of things on their own, our class was a safe environment and the children felt happy to come to school. Stacy created an atmosphere where the students felt respected. We had a family feel in our class and many parents volunteered and just wanted to be there because they felt welcomed and appreciated.  I care about Stacy the way I care for my daughters; she loves children and they lover her, she has so much to offer and people become better knowing her.”

“Yordy has completed more work recently than what he was able to do the entire first two semesters, our only regret is that we didn’t start the school year with you.”

“Stacy invests heavily in her students’ success in all regards, has learned how to nurture their individual and collective talents and capacities; she supports her students both in and out of the classroom, often attending their activities even beyond the scope of her responsibilities.”

“My son has Tourette’s and had a difficult time in school, every year has been a struggle.  I am proud to say his third grade year was is best.  He loves Ms. Inamorato and worked so well with her. She has been a major influence in his life.”

Stacy’s greatest love was her dog Myla.

Stacy is survived by her parents Donald and Leslie Inamorato of Myrtle Beach South Carolina and her brother Eeshan (Jason) Amore, of Aurora Colorado.
