Theresa Palumbo Obituary

Theresa A. Palumbo, 87, of Berkeley Twsp., NJ, passed away on Saturday, March 20, 2021. Born in Newark, NJ, she lived in Pine Brook, NJ before moving to Toms River 25 years ago. Theresa was a Switchboard Operator for AT&T in Bloomfield, NJ. She is preceded in death by her parents Carmen and Mary Peluso, and recently her husband of more than 65 years, Michael Palumbo. Surviving are her daughter Michele Palumbo and her husband Dennis DeRogatis of Parsippany NJ, son Paul and wife Lisa Spelhaug of Chicago, brother Donald Peluso formerly of Boonton and granddaughter Vivian her pride and joy. Theresa was a proud member of the Red Hats and an avid Mahjong player. She enjoyed cooking and hosting large gatherings for friends and family.
