William J. Eisenkerch

William J. Eisenkerch, 78, of Toms River, NJ, passed away Friday, December 19, 2025.

Born in Elizabeth, NJ, he was a lifelong resident of Toms River.

William was a United States Army Vietnam War Veteran and was the recipient of the Purple Heart.

He was a Finance Manager in the Automotive Industry for many years in New Jersey before his retirement.

William was a parishioner of St. Justin the Martyr RC Church, Toms River.

He was predeceased by his parents, Joseph and Eileen Ruth Eisenkerch.

William is survived by his wife Deborah (nee Smith), two sons Derek Eisenkerch and his wife Nadine of Oceanside, CA and Todd Eisenkerch of Vista, CA, two step children Christina Defeis of Toms River and Bryan Raiken of Beachwood, NJ, a brother Glenn Eisenkerch and his wife Barbara of Jackson, NJ, a nephew Troy Eisenkerch of Wall Twp., NJ, and eight grandchildren Ethan, Dylan, Logan, Isabella, Francesa, Riley, Mason and Sadie.

The family will receive relatives and friends on Monday, December 22, 2025 4:00pm – 8:00pm at the Timothy E. Ryan Home for Funerals, 995 Fischer Blvd., Toms River.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered Tuesday, December 23, 2025 9:30am at St. Justin the Martyr RC Church, Toms River. Burial to follow at St. Joseph Cemetery, Toms River.
