William W. Hill, Sr.

William W. Hill, Sr., 91, of Toms River, NJ passed away on Saturday August 15, 2020. Born and raised in Jersey City, NJ, he lived there all of his life up until moving to Toms River two years ago. He proudly served his country in the United States Army as a World War II era veteran. Bill established a career as a Postal Worker after being honorably discharged from the Army and retired from the United States Postal Service in Jersey City. He is preceded in death by his wife Theresa, his parents Walter and Margaret Hill, as well as his siblings James and Lillian. He is survived by his sons William “Will” Hill, Jr., and Robert Hill. All arrangements are private and entrusted to the care of the Timothy E. Ryan Home for funerals, 995 Fischer Blvd, Toms River, NJ.
